Children's Reiki Level 1

Suitable for children 6 years and up. This will be a fun workshop learning about Reiki and having hands on experience. 

So many children are so aware now, making them sensitive to energy. They will learn about Universal Source Energy and how to connect with it. 

They will learn how to use Reiki to help them and their nearest and dearest, to relieve stress and help them relax. With anxiety being such a big thing, especially in children, being able to do Reiki on themselves will also help them become more at ease when feelings of anxiety are strong. 

This will be a confidence booster, when they feel they are helping their pets or friends or their mum and dad 

They will be certified as a Level 1 Reiki Healer. 

In this Class designed especially for Children:

~ They will learn to sense energy in themself and other people, and even pets and plants
~ They will learn to do a self treatment.
~ They will learn how to do a treatment on others and will practice on each other in class.
~ They will learn how to treat animals and plants.
~ They will receive a Reiki Level One Workbook, Attunement and a
Certificate.
